By setting up your account, you agree to pay the monthly fee as established by your payment selection above. If payments are not received within 10 days, your account will be placed on hold, you will be contacted, and you will potentially not receive tomatoes for the next month. We will send out an email each month before tomatoes are shipped providing options for different tomato varieties available; if we do not hear a reply from you within the date we request, you will receive a variety of that month's tomatoes. To cancel your account, please contact us by phone immediately for cancellation.
